Our STC'd Louvers are an integral part of our cooling system. They can be installed on all bonanzas equipped with fuel injected engines. These louvers replace the original lower cowling access panels, the edges are rolled to tightly fit your aircraft.

Early Bonanzas require a second insert that allows the larger fasteners to be installed in the fuselage engine fixed panels. Made to last, the louvers come with stainless steel hardware. Generally,
there is a reduction in cylinder head temps by 20 degrees and a 10 degree reduction in oil temp.

These louvers can be separate as they have an STC. They do function better though, when combined with our high efficiency baffle cooling kit.Temperatures stated are based on average readings and can vary from plane to plane.
